The moment guests enter Frasers Gourmet Hideaway - owned and operated by Chef Scott Fraser and his wife Josee - they will notice an attention to detail and a feeling of pampered senses that continues throughout the evening.
Opened in July of 2006, Frasers Gourmet Hideaway immediately had a strong client base of locals that continues to name the restaurant a hometown favorite. Visitors from all over the state, region and nation also send buzz that leads to press acclaim.
Inside the rightly name gourmet hideaway, rich wood floors, plush leather chairs blend with golden light from blown glass sconces and chandeliers. The look is sophisticated, but casual all the same. Scott designed the restaurant's dramatic open kitchen where guests can enjoy the lively ambiance of the dining room or cozy up to the action at the illuminated onyx chef's counter.
Every night, Chef Scott Fraser builds on the 18 years he's established in the community, and the countless more years he spent before that tuning his skills in the finest French restaurants in Vancouver, B.C.
Scott and Josee both graduates of the French-focused Pierre Dubrulle Culinary School understand the importance of food. Frasers creates a seasonal menu that takes advantage of the freshest local ingredients and promotes the bounty of the Northwest.
Scott Fraser has a creative palette that takes food beyond the expected to expand a guest's experience- all of this paired with fabulous, vibrant Northwest and West Coast wines.
This restaurant has been labeled a gourmet hideaway for a reason-once you find it, you too will know it is a rare culinary jewel.
